INSTALLING, LEVELLING AND FIXING BASE AND CUPBOARDS
- It is important to start at the lowest point of the floor when installing Laundry base cabinets and cupboards.
- The most important aspect to a successful laundry installation is the correct levelling of cabinets and this step begins at the time the first cabinet is placed in position.
- Once the first laundry cabinet is in position, at the lowest point and level, set the adjustable legs to a height of 145mm as this is the maximum height of the kickboard.
- Position and level the next laundry cabinet by adjusting the legs so it sits at the same height and level to the first.
- Check levels and then clamp, pre-drill and countersink and fix the laundry cabinets together.

|
| Once all base cabinets and cupboards are in place, check levels one last time and using 65mm screws (not provided) fix to the wall. If your laundry wall is masonry or an alternative substrate to studs, consult you hardware specialist for the appropriate fixing method. |

LEVELLING AND FIXING WALL CABINETS
- The total height of a Flatpax laundry is 1935mm from the lowest point of the floor.
- If your laundry design includes a cupboard, work out from the cupboard to maintain the height and the levels.
- Position the first laundry cabinet, check levels, pre-drill, countersink and fix the cabinet to the cupboard, then fix to the wall
- Position and clamp the next laundry wall cabinet to the first wall cabinet. Repeat the process of levelling and fixing.
